What does "per project" mean?
Each project is a separate workspace with its own feature flags, environments, and team members. You pay per project, not per seat — so your whole team is included at no extra cost within each plan's team limit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges accordingly.
Are flag evaluations really unlimited?
Yes, on every plan. Flags are evaluated locally in your application using our SDKs — there are no per-evaluation charges or throttling. Your app's performance is never impacted by billing limits.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. Starter and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also use invoice-based billing with custom payment terms.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your project will revert to the Hobby (free) tier at the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
What if I need more team members?
Every paid plan includes a generous number of team members. If your team outgrows your plan, you can add extra members as affordable add-ons — no need to jump to a higher tier. For unlimited team members with no caps, check out our Enterprise plan.
